- Develop inventory management tools (QuidsiFlex) for day to day use by the supply chain and merchandising teams. The system was developed using .NET and WPF and is built for extensibility using the concept of “models” for demand forecasting, daily site growth, and product metrics to allow on-demand selection of best-fit algorithms. Some highlights of QuidsiFlex are:
 
- System calculates over 20 million metrics about the product base nightly including average daily sales, ideal inventory, excess inventory, and various sales rankings among others.
- System calculates and prepares between 1 million and 2 million dollars of purchase orders nightly by analyzing historical sales to calculate forward looking sales forecasts. By preparing purchase orders nightly, a tremendous productivity increase was realized for supply chain staff.
- System provides valuable insight into products, brands, vendors, and categories for supply chain and merchandising users via charts, data grids, and exportable reports.
- Develop software to monitor and automatically parse incoming reports from the warehouse management system using Exchange web services. The software has processed nearly 20,000 reports since its inception.
- Assemble automated build system using Subversion and Cruise Control .NET. The system has multiple builds corresponding to UAT/Production server and client releases. Client releases auto-generate ClickOnce manifests providing a seamless build/release process. The system also auto-generates documentation on a nightly basis using Sandcastle.
- Provide ad-hoc support for SQL and other coding questions for the Special Operations team as necessary.

- Played a vital role in the initial and on-going development of the firm’s new “Connect” intranet which is used globally by more than 4,000 employees across more than 35 locations.
- Developed a self-service user profile form using AJAX, the AJAX control toolkit, and the SharePoint object model to write data back to the MOSS user profile database.
- Styled XML web parts throughout the “Connect” intranet using XSLT.
- Developed a user information database for use in the “Connect” intranet project which aggregated data from multiple data sources including Humanic (Oracle), Firm Directory (SQL), MPS (SQL), and MOSS.
- Developed and deployed a workflow for software packaging and deployment with Windows Workflow Foundation. The workflow was built on top of SharePoint 2007 and handled all communication and task assignments. Deployment was handled via a web solution.
- Developed the Enterprise Availability & Activity Report (EAAR) in a team of four. The application is used worldwide to manage the availability of attorneys as well as to keep track of items that they are working on. The system can handle multiple groupings of attorneys and is completely customizable for each. The system is developed in C#/ASP.NET with Microsoft SQL on the backend.
- Developed an Outlook 2007 Add-In with VSTO 3.0 to help prevent erroneous replies to all. Interfaced with the main outlook explorer window as well as the ribbon control.
- Developed an ASP.NET application to handle requesting event services from the firm’s event planning department.

- Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of all custom software applications in coordination with the CIO for approximately 600 end-users spread across 14 locations
- Designed and built a large web-based content management system / intranet portal in PHP/MySQL including requirements, database, security, and user interface design, as well as documentation
- Planned and implemented an enterprise-wide resource monitoring system for all WAN links and various other critical firm resources using monit on SuSE Linux integrated with our IT service desk solution to provide automated ticket creation, ticket assignment, and email notifications
- Planned, developed, and deployed an electronic system for maintaining the entire client lifecycle of the firm from client acceptance through client loss. The system was written in C#/ASP.NET, consisted of multiple workflows, and interacted with multiple systems including MSSQL and eDirectory as well as the firm’s practice management system running on AS/400
- Planned, developed, tested, and deployed web-based financial dashboards, reports, and alerting functionality for management and employees who bill clients. The system is written in C#/ASP.NET and uses ASP.NET AJAX and the AJAX Control Toolkit heavily
- Planned, developed, tested, and deployed a system for making travel arrangements on-line. The application was written in C#/ASP.NET, securely stored of credit card numbers using the 256 bit AES encryption standard, and utilized a completely electronic workflow for communication between key users
